As the LGBTIQ community observes Pride Month globally, in June, Queerala calls for its Community Meeting for queers and allies. The gathering primarily intends to address the relevance of annual queer pride marches, its history and relevance as a platform for protest and celebration, with focus on the queer movement in Kerala. The half day meeting aims to let the attendees look into the recent happenings pertaining to SOGI (ESC) in India and Asia. The meeting shall also discuss upcoming projects of Queerala. We invite LGBTIQ persons and our allies to be part of the meeting, on 16th June, at Rainbow Nest, Cochin.
